Amparo Las Hayas distinguishes itself from other restaurants because we are committed to a style of cuisine that offers natural products of the land, with the recipes of yesteryear and in a rural atmosphere as much as possible. The watercress stew of La Gomera, the goat meat with
wrinkled potatoes or "ñames", the wine of our harvest, the cheeses made by us, the palm honey... It is a restaurant that in turn is nourished by agricultural products harvested by the neighbors (potatoes, watercress, millet, beans, peppers, garlic, vegetables, wine) and their livestock (eggs, goat meat, pork, milk, cheeses...). We are proud to have a menu in which all our dishes are made with natural products that come mostly from Las Hayas.
